SSL Certificates

SSL certificates are the padlock in the top right-hand side of most browsers. The reason you may need an SSL certificate is if you are handling peoples data, collecting emails, or simply to get rid of that pesky "Connection is not secure" message. But let's face it, SSL Certificates are almost essential to any website in the modern world.

At Nova Hosting we offer free & unlimited SSL certificates to all our customers. It's so easy, all you need to do is press a few buttons, our Let's Encrypt SSL certificate provider handles the rest!
How do I take advantage of this you may ask? I'm going to walk you through the process now.

Step 1

Head to the control panel. https://ws1.noc532.com:2222

Step 2

Navigate to the "SSL Certificates" section.

Step 3

Once in the SSL Certificate menu, You'll need to click the "Free & automatic certificate from Let's Encrypt" Tab if this is not already selected for you.
If you haven't set up SSL Certificates before, the eligible domains and subdomains will already be selected and you'll only need to click on the "Save" button. If you wish to add to this, later on, no worries, just click on the subdomain you wish to add to your certificate list and click save once again.

And that's it! Your website is now fully secure from imposters trying to steal your client's data! Your website visitors will know that you are the real McCoy and not some phoney from the dark web.

As always thank you for choosing Nova Hosting. If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact our friendly support team, who are on hand to assist you 24/7/365.
